3. Eligibility

To use Rizzeo, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. Content created with AI assistance is your responsibility—review all AI-generated content before publishing.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to create or publish content that:

• Contains hate speech or extremist content
• Is sexually explicit or exploitative
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Violates the terms of connected social platforms

7. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn), you authorize us to access and post content on your behalf. You must comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Rizzeo and protected by intellectual property laws. "Rizzeo" and associated logos are our trademarks.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors—you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizzeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
